Five Year Special Examination Summary Report Now Available Online

Toronto (April 21, 2015) – the Toronto Port Authority has received and made publicly available the Special Examination Summary Report from audit firm Deloitte LLP. The Special Examination comprises a detailed review of all the Toronto Port Authority business operations, financial affairs, accounting management and governance covering the period 2009-2013 and is required to be conducted every five years under the Canada Marine Act.
 

The Summary Report, which advises that no significant deficiencies were found in the systems and practices of the Toronto Port Authority, is available online or at the Toronto Port Authority’s office located at 60 Harbour Street, Toronto, Ontario.
