Tariff Notice

Toronto (February 8, 2019) Pursuant to Section 51 of the Canada Marine Act, notice is given that, effective April 15, 2019, the Port of Toronto will:

  • Increase its fees by four per cent;
  • Increase its cargo dues by five per cent; and,
  • Increase the Long Term Berthage rate for vessels over 100 metres to $0.49 per metre per 24 hours.

Further information may be obtained on request and persons interested in making representations to the Toronto Port Authority, doing business as the Toronto Port Authority, regarding the subject of this notice may do so in writing to:

Fees are reviewed on a yearly basis by Port of Toronto and Outer Harbour Marina management, and are determined based on economic and industry factors.
